Managers get paid a wage in SVC twice a week which is 0.0004% of the club’s weekly TV money (it's about 0.0002% of the club’s matchday income on average)

The wages throughout a division are the same for all managers. You can make deals or give out bonuses outside of the game and pay the manager more if you want, but they will not be trustless transactions and are solely an agreement between the involved users.
