Can I delete my account/name?
Due to blockchain technology and everything being stored there forever, this is not possible. The account can instead be abandoned without consequence.
Is it possible to ban accounts from playing the game?
Due to Soccerverse being a fully decentralized, autonomous, permissionless game, this is not possible.
Can I reset my password?
There are no passwords except for any social login you may have chosen.
My account is showing empty after logging in to Soccerverse?
Make sure you are using a) the exact same login method (Discord, google, email) you used when initially signing up for Soccerverse and b) the exact same account (Discord, google, email address). Any divergent combination of those will land you in a different/empty wallet.
Data Packs and Club Packs - What are the differences?
Data Packs are files which contain the names of players, clubs, cups and leagues, and links to their photos. They do not contain information about ratings or performance. They are only used to skin the game. Club Influence Packs are purchased in the game and will give you influence in clubs. Club packs do not contain anything else other than influence in the clubs, of which each club has a total of 1,000,000 available initially.
Can I manage more than one club?
A game account can only manage one club at a time. When you take over a different club, you will automatically resign at your current club.
How can I improve my players?
You can’t. Player ratings are calculated from verifiable real life stats and will be updated every season.
How long is my player injured?
You can check your clubs news feed or visit the players profile page. In the overview tab, you will find a tab called INJURIES down in the middle.
How long is my player suspended?
If your player gets two yellow cards in a game, he will be suspended for 1 game.
If your player gets a straight red card, he will be suspended for 3 games.
After receiving 5, 10, 15 etc. yellow cards, your player will be suspended for 1 game each.
You can check the length of your players suspension in the news feed of your club or by visiting his player profile.
Can I withdraw a transfer bid?
No, you can only hope to get outbid by another manager. So think carefully before you make a bid on a player.
Can I release players from my squad?
No, you can't. You can only sell them or wait for their contract to run out and decide not to renew it. Some of your lowest rated players will be on one year contracts when the game starts and you can get rid of these players if you decide to not renew their contracts before the first season concludes.
Soccerverse isn't a game where you can replace your whole squad in a short period of time; you have to plan your squad wisely and build it up slowly. Please note that only a maximum of two players can/will leave your club that way, the others will get an automatic contract renewal for one season. Generally speaking it will be the two lowest rated players who leave, unless you would fall below the required number of players per position with it. In these cases, it will be the next lowest rated player.
An exception to this is, when the agent set the "Wishes to renew contract" option to "No". These players will always leave your club at the end of the season, regardless of the scenarios above with the two players maximum rule.
Can I modify buy or sell orders?
With blockchain technology it is not possible to alter transactions. You would have to cancel the order and put up a new one.
Can other users see my tactics before a match?
It depends on what you set when submitting your tactics. Tick the box to hide your tactics in the tactics screen on top and other users will not be able to see your tactics. If you don't tick that box anyone can see your tactics. You have to reveal your tactics at kickoff the latest. Failing to reveal your tactics will result in your team playing with computer generated tactics.
Can I set penalty takers for a potential penalty shootout in knockout matches?
No, this is not possible. The players will be chosen automatically.
How many game weeks are there per season?
This depends on the league and the number of clubs.
Do real world match results have any influence on the match results in Soccerverse?
No. The match results in Soccerverse are calculated independently of what happens in real life by the match engine. Only the tactics set by the managers and the strength of the players fielded determine the match outcomes in Soccerverse.
Can I be the agent of multiple players at the same time?
Yes.
Can I be the agent of a player in the club I am managing?
Yes.
What does LP and V mean in the influence markets?
LP stands for “Last Traded Price”, the last price influence was sold/bought for.
V stands for “Volume”, how many SVC have been traded in that influence market in total.
What is the order criteria in tables when clubs have the same points?
Goal difference
Goals scored
Matches won
Lowest club ID
Can I watch the matches live?
Currently this is not possible, you will only get the match result. For the future, it is planned that you will be able to watch the matches live and also do live substitutions and tactical adjustments.
