šŸ”µ FUNDRAISING

Influence fundraising is a governance-based mechanism for clubs to raise capital by issuing new influence. It operates in two modes: automatic end-of-season (to prevent clubs from being stuck in debt) and user-proposed (for active influencer-driven fundraising).

The process is: propose → vote → contribute → settle. At settlement, an effective price per influence is determined by dividing total contributions by the number of influence; contributors receive influence in proportion to their contribution (largest first); any unspent SVC is refunded; and the club receives the proceeds.

PROPOSING A FUNDRAISER

To propose a fundraiser, first go to the "fundraising" tab in the club overview.

There click on "Propose fundraising" and in the following popup fill in the numbers for the amount of new influence to get created and the minimum raise - the minimum raise is what the club should get in the end. Click on "review proposal" afterwards.

Requirements to start a fundraising proposal:

  • You must own at least a certain relative percentage of the total supply (5% as of July 2026)
  • Enough time must have passed since the last user-proposed fundraise vote for that club (70 days as of July 2026)

The confirmation will display the SVC the club will receive and what users need to contribute to meet this minimum raise. Once you have reviewed your proposal, click on "Confirm" to submit your proposal and then on "Propose".

After you have started the proposal, the fundraiser will stay in proposal phase for 7 days (as of July 2026):

  • Upcoming phase: The proposal is created but voting hasn't started yet. During this time, the proposer (or any other eligible influencer) can amend the proposal by adding more fundraise options.

All proposals and the default "No Fundraising" option (unless created by an end-of-season proposal) display in the clubs fundraising menu.

THE VOTING

After the upcoming phase, the proposal enters voting for 7 days (as of July 2026). Influencers vote with their existing influence (1 influence = 1 vote).

There is a vote button next to all submitted proposals and also the No Fundraising option.

Click on the vote button next to your preferred proposal and place your vote. There is a timer, which tells you how much time is left to vote.

The current result of the voting is displayed.

THE FUNDRAISE EVENT

Any user can contribute SVC to the event, which will run for 28 days (as of July 2026).

  • Contributions are not bids — you don't specify a price per influence. The price is determined after the event ends, based on total SVC raised divided by the amount of influence
  • Users can top up their contribution at any time while the event is active. Multiple contributions from the same user are combined into one entry
  • The contributed SVC is reserved (locked) from the user's balance immediately.
  • The club funding is multiplied by the dilution parameter. At the current value of 1,000,000 basis points, each 1 SVC actually spent by contributors credits 100 SVC to the club (as of July 2026).

To contribute to a fund raiser, click the "Contribute SVC" button.

In the following popup, enter the amount of SVC you wish to contribute, click continue and then confirm your contribution. You will get an estimation of how many influence you will receive for your contribution.

As mentioned above, you can top up your contribution at any time while the fundraiser is still running. Just click on the "Top up" button and enter the amount you want to add.

SETTLEMENT

When the block time reaches or passes the event's end time, the event is finalised:

  • The effective price is calculated, rounded down to whole SVC units.
  • Success check: The event succeeds if at least one user contributed and the minimum raise was reached.
  • Influence distribution (if successful): Contributors are processed in order of largest contribution first, then earliest contribution as a tie-breaker. This is new influence — it increases the total supply above the base supply of 1,000,000.
  • Club gets the money: Contributors spend the unmultiplied amount, while the club receives that amount multiplied by the dilution paramater - currently 100Ɨ (as of July 2026).

The clubs fundraising screen will display past fundraises with the respective details.
